Vissap is a Performance Improvement Partnershipformed by two groups of experts (Lean and ERP) who observed that: many Lean Thinking projects missed opportunities to integrate the benefits and life blood that organisations gain from their IT systems; and many ERP implementations ignored major process improvement opportunites.
In addressing these two key areas the Vissap organisation was created to combine ERP and Holistic Lean Thinking.
