SWIFT’s annual Merit & Bonus cycle is a global exercise conducted from November to April aiming to review employees’ salaries ("merit”) and grant variable remuneration ("bonus”) based on individual performance during the previous year.
About the challenge
The purpose of the project was to improve, streamline and shorten the salary increase and bonus attribution process through integration with the SAP ECM module in a secure, simple and flexible way while maintaining the same level of functionalities/flexibility for the managers involved at SWIFT.
Keneos managed to achieve these through a successful implementation of the SAP Enterprise Compensation Management module, including budgeting, attribution, payroll and correspondence.
SWIFT considers this project a success for their strategic global HCM policy. The project is of particular interest due to the high level of visibility that the solution has: from ‘lower’ levels of management all the way up to CEO the solution is used hands-on by management users.
