STIB/MIVB employees stay connected thanks to Keneos

In 2008, STIB/MIVB chose Keneos to build a cost-effective, user-friendly, driver self-service portal to manage drivers’ shifts, leave requests and duty permutations. Over the past two years, Keneos consultants have been progressively rolling it out across the entire organization, and enhancing new releases. It exceeds the expectations of both the drivers and the STIB/MIVB management.
